We spent a couple months trying to figure out what to do with the advertising and social media side of the business and, more importantly, who to do it with. After a lot of research, we decided with no hesitation to go with Harns. Not only do they know their stuff, they have people on staff who specialize in different areas, so instead of hiring one person in house, I basically hired a small group for less payroll. Colley’s Pools & Spas

We first began with Colley’s Pools & Spas (stores in Western New York and Western Pennsylvania), by designing a custom strategy to help gain followers, increase engagement, and build trust in the Colley’s brand.

By posting consistently on multiple platforms, Harns Media helped grow Colley’s customer base from 1,440 likes to 2,022 likes within the first six months, additionally increasing their followers from 1,437 to 2,016 followers. While we helped them grow their overall customer base, more importantly we have driven sales leads to their business. With the addition of paid advertising, we funneled leads directly to their sales staff, resulting in three in-ground pool quotes over the first quarter.

Harns also rebuilt Colley’s website to help develop their overall look, its functionality, and mobile optimization—no small tweak, since more than 90 percent of people today use their cellphone rather than a desktop to check out a website. The revamped website now allows customers to make payments, create personal accounts, and is set up to more effectively capture audiences and customers through social media channels. Putting together a cohesive strategy coupled with paid advertising, Harns Media managed to significantly impact the bottom line for Colley’s, both as a brand and a business.
